Description

CHAKRAVIEW offers an innovative communication tool between the school bus operators and parents with respect to the movement of the school buses. It uses the latest technology to track the school buses on mobile phones, thus offering an alternative to GPS devices. The platform also offers communication tool between the parent and the bus operator & bus attendant thus reducing the need of hasty phone calls in times of stress, such as a bus breakdown.

CHAKRAVIEW uses a combination of mobile app for parents, mobile app for bus attendants and a mobile app for bus operators to enable this communication tool.

Crash

After latest update the app frequently crashes… it keeps on asks us to update the app inspite of updation

Should be OTP based login

Features and utility of the app is good. But security wise there is a lapse. The login should be OTP based and only authorised mobile numbers should be able to track the movement of the bus. Since this is a school bus service, this OTP Based login is a non negotiable requirement. Request the app owners to implement the same asap.

Good but sometimes glitches

This is a good app but it sometimes glitches and the bus view isn’t visible for long time. It happens very frequently on iPhone. Everything else is good
