I lost money
Dear App Support Team
I am writing to request a refund for my recent attempts to purchase a one-year package of your app. Unfortunately, I experienced multiple payment errors and lost money in the process.
I attempted to purchase the package three times in total, but I did not receive any confirmation that the purchase had been completed. Instead, I received notifications from my bank that the money had been deducted from my account.
