Brilliant app to connect with fans
Fans were waiting for a special app dedicated just to CSK where they can see all the inside videos and images about their fav players. Also the addition of CSK shop has been great. I had ordered CSK match jersey which I was eagerly waiting for.
Overall the app is pretty user friendly and good to use !
Sign Up issue
While login with Facebook, when try to re-enter the 4 digit pin the previously entered pin got deleted and not able to enter the pin in re-enter pin textfield. It happens continuously so not able to signup through Facebook. Other options I didn’t try so can’t say anything. Please check once.
There are lots of bugs in this application before going to the dashboard. like if I resend the OTP then loader spinning continuously and not dismissing so not able to enter the OTP and the other issue is when I land to the OTP screen for the first time while logging, I didn’t receive the OTP.
When Spin was not dismissed itself then I terminated it and launched it again then it directly open the dashboard and after that everything working fine but not able to upload my profile pic.
Worst App Ever!!!
This is by far one of the worst apps I’ve ever used!
Zero in usability! Very few apps make even the login process so difficult. Is it intentionally designed bad for Match tickets scam or generally bad? What’s the point of such an app if you want people to use it especially for booking tickets this time around, when people can’t book the tickets smoothly. There are much bigger events that go on in the world with smooth ticket buying process.
