Kindly note, if you are upgrading the application then you need to click on the purchase button on top of the videos (which were purchased by you earlier). Once you do that, you will be shown a message that it is already purchased by you and you will be given an option to download / stream those videos for free. Thanks.

Refund or fix

I have been charged twice for downloading same video in iPhone and iPad. And one video in iPad purchased doesn't work.

Please fix or refund my money.

None of the movies work offline

I had bought this app as my kids love chhota Bheem and bought all the movies. Unfortunately none of the movies play if the iPad is offline even when the movies are downloaded. I think the developers need to fix this. I would not recommend anyone from buying this.

The support helped me solve my issue, so am writing this feedback for all users who are facing the challenge of missing videos post upgrade....

Not getting into technical details of who is responsible, bottom line solution is that you will have to simply download all the videos again.
1) Click on the video that you had purchased earlier.
2) you will get a message, do you wish to buy the same. Do not worry say Yes. You might get one or two pop up asking you to confirm purchase...keep on saying yes.
3) then message will come, you have already purchased this video earlier, do you wish to download again for Free...say yes and it will get in your My video section. You will have then option to download it or stream it. So select your option and you will be all set.

Yes this is a silly way...but as per customer support this is due to some policy / limitation of in app purchases from Apple. Not sure who is to blame..but this is the solution for your missing videos!

Please give me a resolution for the same, else this is highway robbery and you guys should be sued!

I will request App store officials to also look into this matter, and force the application provider to take corrective actions
