Why are we not being able to use others sound and make video of it. This is like the most fun and basic feature.

Not gettin my coins after updating my original voice video.
Hello,
I am not getting my coins which everyone is promised to receive once we have uploaded the original voice video for 60 seconds. I uploaded the video following the same instructions and yet I have not received any coins. Also, it doesn’t send any notifications, doesn’t update on time like Either I have to close app or remove the app from activity and yet I don’t get actual numbers updated. It is slow, slow as in like internet explorer. Something is happening right now but I will get to know about it next morning. I love this app but please let’s focus on fixing the bugs here. And I want my coins. Moreover, I tried reaching the helpline and it said call is put on forwarding and I thought okay let’s wait but there was no response.
