I really love this game and it has really nice stories. But I really don’t appreciate the limited keys we get and the number of times we can play at once. And you have to wait 2 hours for ONE key?? I’ve played episodes and they almost have the same thing, except the number of keys increase to 4 which is better than just two. I get it that If the keys are instantly available the story will be over fast, but the amount of time we need to wait is too much. And the most annoying problem are the diamonds. They are provided so less to the players and each chapter of stories require a large amount of diamonds. It’s like not even affordable and it’s frustrating to skip those special options and carefully use the diamonds. It’s really unfair for players who don’t want to purchase diamonds. I would like this issue to be resolved more than the key one. I’m sure there are many players who are unhappy with these functions too and want you to make it better. Thanks.

This game is awesome and have amazing stories to play but the only problem is of keys.... you have to wait for 3 hours now (earlier 2 hours) for 1 key and total keys we get are only 2....my main concern is if you are increasing the time to avail free keys then you should either increase the number of keys or should provide both the keys together within the time of 1 key so that we can play the game more easily and have fun instead of disappointment or frustration....there are so many other games such as EPISODES, HOLLYWOOD, CHOICES, ROMANCE CLUB which contains similar stories and provide more number of keys and also they provide the time reducing ad...like watch an ad of 1 min and reduce 30 mins in the time of wait to get next free keys...and not only 1 ad provide us many ads which helps us to reduce the time to zero and we get another set of free keys.....atleast you can provide this facility to watch an ad to reduce the time of wait....as I don’t have the whole day to play the game...I get 1 hr break in which I prefer to play this game but due to less number of keys I’m not able to enjoy that much which I used to when I started playing this game or when I play other games (listed above)I seriously don’t recommend this game to anyone because of this issue coz the type of stories you provide can be available on different games.

Good but is very glitchy and not like how it was before

I have played a lot of this game it is super fun I’m glad they are trying to fix all the glitches but for some reason when I go to rewards section and try to collect the ad awards they just are stuck on loading yet my internet connection perfectly fine, everything else on my phone runs smoothly yet this is still stuck on loading, team small request can you fix this please? Also when I came back here to choices I have seen that you have a added VIP, which I don’t know about but I find so unnecessary this game was a lot better than when VIP was there now I’m kind of worried if they will post new stories on the normal mode anymore and it makes me feel super anxious not being able to play my favourite game anymore, I’m not saying to remove VIP I just feel like they should post on the regular mode, if they are not doing that or if they are not doing that more often
Open Heart

I’m addicted to this app but please please let there be a book 2 of Open Heart. I’m really heartbroken with the ending. After spending so much of diamonds, my heart broke realising that the female protagonist and Ethan may not end up together. Please consider my request and at least, let them have a proper ending. The story was honestly so so good but the way it finished, it kind of, was disappointing. The decisions felt extremely rushed and the way Ethan and female protagonist ended things, it put a question mark to their sincerity about each other in every special scene that we unlocked with diamonds. All those now seem extremely unmatched. This was an epic story and should not end that thoughtlessly and with a bunch of flaws and open loops. There are so many books which have sequels in the app, please let this book come up with one too.
