Not happy with the iOS app version

It seems like the profiles that I send request or shortlist over the app are not seen when I login using the web browser.
The profiles that I see over the web browser when logged in through email link shows entirely different profiles than the ones I see from the app.
It’s pretty much confusing to understand which profiles I have shortlisted or have sent requests over app and over browser.
This makes me doubtful on the genuineness of the profiles listed.

Please provide some regular updates for the iOS app version.
When I informed this concern to the customer care, he is suggesting me to use browser 🤷‍♂️

I mean why do you even have an app if its outdated🤞

Parents need to be tech savvy to use the platform

My parents and I had downloaded and register the app to see the potential candidates. However, immediately after registration we were informed that to view just the basic details (not contact details) we have to move to the paid plan. Since, my parents hadn’t used this app before they fell in the scam and purchased the app. After claiming to be the best matrimonial site, there only few candidates with basic filters. When we request to delete the profile and refund for the remaining days, as we hadn’t used it more than a week. They were very rude and arrogant and stated that we were ignorant about the application and refund couldn’t we possible. As we by mistakenly called one profile and not eligible to be considered for refund.

Do elderly parents “ be tech savvy” for using the platform?

Worst app

Even when you are a prime member you won’t be able to view some pages. Which always shows empty page. We have to click reset button then it will show few profile.

preferred location , preferred education , preferred profession , nearby match , viewed not contacted Mutual and Premium all this remains blank . If you raise a case through call or email they will respond like we have to give partner preferences correct. Then it will be ok. Even if you correct it it won’t work. This is a developer issue. They have to upgrade it and fix the bug but they are not looking into this.
