Since the last update, the pics don’t load up fast at all. Have to edit between fifteen and twenty seconds for every pic to show up. Wasn’t the case before and it isn’t because of a slow Internet connection.

I purchased a watch on 30th July, 2021. Made payment of $ 5500 online. They confirmed payment received. As per the Standard operating procedure, the seller was supposed to supply me the watch by 7th August, 21. I reminded the app about no response. They told me that the seller has options for 7 days. So, I need to give them the prescribed time.

However, I never received any response from the seller. On 7th August, 21, they informed me that the sale is cancelled as revoked by the seller. They also assured that my payment will be refunded. However, all of sudden, they informed me the seller has shipped the watch. But, none of them supplied me the details. The tracking of order is not possible.

I am shocked ans surprised with the change in stand. Once the sale is cancelled as revoked by the seller, how can they ship the product after revocation.

I feel suspicious. I am worried, if an online fraud is being played by this app with me.

It's a great app, I absolutely love it. I can spend days on end exploring great watches from a round the world.

If I had one complain it is that I have to search watches by brand rather than having some more freedom. I.e looking at all watches at once or searching basis location, etc.
