Best Banking App seem in many countries
Having lived in 3 countries and travelled to 10 plus major countries, I can say with confidence that this Citibank App is by far the best CX tool.
The beauty is it’s Simple ness . You can finish any task like payment, stock buying etc in perhaps 7-8 clicks.
