Got scammed
I order 6-7 things from city mall that included A fortune oil and a dalda vanaspati with some soaps and a bislery soda drink . I was not at home and order got delivered and my brother told the order and when I came home I saw that Fortune oil and dalda vanaspati was missing . I registered a complaint which got nothing . And after 5 days here I am writing a review hoping you guys would give me my refund or the missing orders .
Unable to apply coupon
Dear CSD
I can’t apply coupon via app “will you plz solve these kind of issue” from the app. When I am try to scratch the coupon then it shows try again later and also I don’t get cash back for today’s order.

City mall sell expiry products and won’t take back
Don’t buy your grocery from CityMall as they send you expiry inventory and there is no platform where you can lodge a complaint. I had send complaint on Twitter to as there app doesn’t have a return option. So I request all boycott CityMall. I have twice the experience of receiving the expiry product. Don’t waste you money on this platform. Not Recommended to any one.
