Don’t use this app this most fraud app for this platform. I have faced demo session issues 2 times. After paying 99₹ for trial session i didn’t connect for trial session. I tried 2 days for that also asked for refund but they refused to refund my money. They are not reliable. Don’t use this platform for trial session and after subscription classes. This is my personal experience that I have faced 2 times. I had chat with support team. They asked for a screenshot about the issue I sent every minute screenshot then they every time said this is technical issue please logout this app and log in again or reinstall, this app and I do everything what they suggested but nothing worked. When I asked for refund my money they denied to refund. So guys please don’t use this app they are big cheaters.

After a lot of efforts to get in touch with Sameer Sameer Agrawal , I want to let everbody know that Clapingo and the co founder Sameer Agrawal seems to give no ears to messages and concerns of the teachers The tutors are literally begging for their own hard earned money for months now and the company has the audacity to send mails after mails promising to clear the dues and update the form 16. I have been messaging Sameer Agrawal since months now but no response which clearly shows how responsible he is. My concern is my TDS refund, the co founder Sameer Agrawal mentioned he would clear and update it latest by 15 of August which was again a false statement as its already September and nothing has been done. For those who are joining the company beware the company is in a mess and moreover the tutors are just treated as beggers.

I joined clapingo . While joining they promised that i can book class anytime and i can get the video of the class. The reality is i hardly able to book the class and video option not working. They are saying the video will get it done by a week and its been two months . The customer service is too worst that i requested to book a class for 3 days on specific timing as i am unable to book a class and i have to spend hours to get a slot. Its not our convenient time . I will get a slot where my work will overlap with slot and i had no option. I suggest not to subscribe clapingo as it is worst app and the customer service is too worst

Worst experience, correct your mobile app before sale your high cost sessions. I invest money and zero return. Hard money went to vain. Worst support system too.Mobile app sessions had booked but while click to join its waiting icon of ring and nothing happen… spent lot of time into that and my session was expired.Beware this cheating system and nor the instructor have proper headphones. Physical classes is better then such these type of portal i came just because of their advertisements on social media and worst experience, now they are not responding, taken amount advance.

Even after many requests you have never resolved my problems and you always make excuses to reply and reply just for formality but not for a solution.As I am unable to watch any of recording of my session and more than half session has been covered but you never resolved the problem. I had also many time requested for a call from your side but every time you made an excuse to not to provide a call.It’s useless to write on your customer care, this is just for formality.

Worst app ever when they will you trail class The teacher was up to the mark and she said you can mark me as a favourite then you can reconnect with me in future classes so I decided that is very good and I really loved her who gave me that class but after that she is not available at any time I searched many time her but no slot and you have to book slot with their time Whenever i was free I want to attend the class but no tutor available that time plz don’t waste your money here you could invest your money any other platform but for sure not here. And if you think they have Money return policy but nothing like that if u invest your money it’s totally waste

I’ve invested around 25k on this app . Initially it was good. Very responsive . They provided session video to check our performance. We can go through the session video and can check the errors we made and correct them by noting down. But now It is such a useless app. They are not providing any video. They don’t respond to our queries if we try to contact the customer service. And moreover they are charging high taxes and subscription fee. Worth less. Today I have a session but the tutor didn’t join . I’ve been trying to contact the customer service team but no one is responding. Useless service.

Let me tell you my honest review. If you are working professional and try to schedule a session at your free time there would not be any slot available for that. And if you ask them they will tell to to book at different time how can one schedule a session in afternoon or late morning. All professional have to work at that time. And if you are trying to schedule a session in early morning or late night all sessions seems to be booked. So it not a good option for working professional. Try some other platform. They don’t have enough teachers at the peak hours.
