Booked premium cottage

I booked premium cottage from CT but I get the Ticket for deluxe cottage after talking to CT executive 3 times and sharing the screenshot of premium cottage price I had to cancel the booking and around rs 450 for clear max got deducted from refund amount More surprising was to me when I asked the ct executive that should I re book the premium cottage being him online as the price was showing more lesser in the app he asked me to wait till he call me back and next day other executive called me and I cannot re book the cottage as the price now is showing much higher may be they have corrected the price My concern is only that now I am afraid to booking from CT as they doesn’t guarantee the same category you have booked they will just give you the excuse that when the room was booked it was priced for that category only even after you shared the screenshot within 10 minutes of the booking they will say illogical things that price fluncturate Dear developer and ct executive please don’t assure me that problem will be resolve as I’m done talking and wasting my around 40 min and around rs450

Cleartrip, is clearly tripping its customers

I booked a luxury ac sleeper bus ticket from CT The same ticket were available in CT at 30 pc discount a week later. When I requested them for a cancellation or refund they said we only provide platform nothing else and this is the clause i was sent on email. The amenities, services, routes, fares, schedule, bus type, seat availability and any other details pertaining to the bus service are provided by the respective bus operator and Cleartrip has no control over such information provided by the bus operator. So Guys wake up; even tickets booked on call by agents provide better service. They have written seats availability too so which can mean that the operator can tell you sorry seat not available and CT will not do squat about it. Or route for that matter, they may take a completely illogical route which happened in my case and CT was still like sorry talk to operator PL GUYS avoid CT at all costs, ever since flipkart has taken over, the company is going to the Dogs!!

Pl don't come back with lame response to connect with number ending 3333 , cz those fools know nothing.

Bad customer support and misinformation

I booked a hotel room with higher area among the available rooms in that hotel as shown in the images in Cleartrip website/ app. While checking in, I was provided a room with comparatively less area than that shown in these images. When I asked the hotel staff, they told that they have no other available rooms. After checking out, I called customer support of Cleartrip, and I was connected to hotel customer support. Then I came to know that I was provided the same room type which I booked but the images in Cleartrip for this room type were interchanged with those of the other type of room. When I spoke with Cleartrip support again, they simply told that it was my mistake that I haven’t verified the room I booked and they didn’t even accept their mistake in misrepresentation of images in their website. They didn’t even ensure that these type of errors would be rectified in future. How can one trust Cleartrip if they throw the blame on customer for their mistake and negligence? Will never book anything on Cleartrip in future.
