Creating an Integrated and Inclusive Public Grievance CM Helpline Management System to increase accessibility for people through multiple means, standardize the operating procedures for handling grievances, set timelines for resolution as per citizen charter of Government of Tamil Nadu, improve quality of resolution through close monitoring, improve overall efficiency and effectiveness in the Government processes, along with convenience in operations. This system is having a centralized call center, a robust routing mechanism, and would enforce time-bound redressal of grievances as per the citizen charter of Government of Tamil Nadu. This system would help monitor the quality of disposal of public grievances across departments and districts under close supervision of Collectors, Head of Departments, Secretaries to Government, CM Office and Chief Secretary.

App is extremely slow and grievance tracking missing

Pls ensure app is working with reasonable speed as it is extremely slow. Also complaint registered through phone 1100 sends sms asking kec to track the complaint registered through this app

However this app is not having that complaint under grievance tracking. Saw a similar complaint by user 1 year back where developer has acknowledged the feedback and assured it will be done
But nothing has been done more than a year now.

Pls take user feedbacks seriously and action it quickly for success of e governance initiatives

Not able to track grievance

Registered a grievance by calling the 1100 helpline number. Received an acknowledgment too as SMS. The SMS states that I should be able to track the status of the grievance through the app. But under “track my grievance”, I can’t find the grievance that I registered!

Currently we have provided tracking options for the grievances registered via mobile ad web. We are in the process of integrating 1100 grievances in the app. Kindly wait for some more time and look for updates.

Not able to track my complaints

Developer must be have knowledge about before creating such a application.
What is the use of creating this app??
For my understanding we need raise the complaint and track this request until close that request.
Actually I place complaint over the phone call 1100. But I’m not able to track about my complaint request.
