Referral spins not received

I have been referring my friends and they have been joining coin master. But I am not getting even a single spin now from last week. This is ridiculous as you promote app based on spins for referral and then people install, person who has referred does not get spin. Stop fooling people around just to increase the usage of your app. I am sure there are other users as well facing similar issues. Couple of my friends are also facing the same issue and they wrote an email to support team. Even after doing multiple follow ups with them, no resolution provided so far. Gaining the popularity should not be the only goal and you should ensure that queries are addressed and proper support is provided for the app. As a customer, we spend our money for the net and use your app. Hence we do expect some response towards this issue. Take off you app from the store in case you do not have enough bandwidth to provide support.

So many glitches

I started playing this game almost 3 years ago and at that time I thought the game is glitching because of my phone bcoz my phone was not good enough at that time that’s why I uninstalled the game but when I bought new phone and playing pubg as well and even pubg is working properly in my phone but when I thought that now CM will also not glitch as I bought new phone even after also the game continues to glitch and I have very good internet connection so it is only the problem in the game. Secondly pop ups are very very irritating, every time you open app there are 4-5 pop ups come continuously and when spins get over then also pop ups appears and if someone wants to buy the package then they can go to the options and buy it so you don’t have to show the pop ups all the time, so it’s my request to the developers that if anyone plays any game he/she plays it for fun and freshness not for irritation so just fix all these things so that everyone can play it with fun or can recommend to others too otherwise I am sorry you have to take off your app soon from the app store bcoz of no users and major loss.
