Tricks you into buying pro version
The app gets hung up and while you try to figure it out it will have sent you an approval to buy the pro version. Upon buying the pro version, it doesn’t even acknowledge via an email, nor allows you to use the pro version. So, your money gets deducted and you can’t even use the pro version. The trigger to ‘Restore purchase’ also doesn’t work. Otherwise the app is good.

I am sorry you were unhappy with the app but I see that there is a misunderstanding causing this.
The app simply has a free version and a paid version. After download, it presents the offer for the Pro version that you can easily just skip by closing the screen and go to the free version instead.
If you have purchased the Pro version and are unable to use it, please contact me via support@dbmeterpro.com or by using one of the options under Feedback that you can find in the app's settings and I will do my best to solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non stability of color identification
Also this app does not have the stability, when scan same colour in fraction of seconds it will show multiple names for one colour

The app may show different color names if the device is unstable or if there isn't enough light. Please try to stabilize it and make sure there is enough light around and try again. It should work just fine.
If, however, you continue to encounter any issues, you can go to Settings, click Feedback and send a bug report (you can also record the screen showing exactly what does not function properly). This will help me identify and fix any issues.
