Comply365 17+

This release, 12.0.3, includes everything from our 12.0 and 12.0.1 and 12.0.2 releases, which introduces a brand new search experience. You can now search your documents by keyword, and more, with far more ability to find the content you are looking for. There is also a new Annotations list in DCM that provides quick access to the content you've annotated.

- The application now supports allowing users to log in as an External user when connecting to the DocuNet backend.
- An issue with the Annotations notes field not being displayed while entering notes has been corrected.

Common Viewer Features
- New search options: Keywords, Phrase, and Exact Match. Searches will now find variations of the same word to make it easier to locate content.
- A new floating search result navigation palette makes it easy to navigate search results.
- Search results can now be opened into a new tab.
- Search can be initiated from selected text within a document.
- Annotations feature a new notes experience, including new display options and the ability to add tags to an annotation.
- The Annotations side-panel allows for filtering by annotation tag.
- An issue with annotation notes not moving forward from older versions to the 12.0 version has been corrected.

DCM
- New Annotation list includes annotations and bookmarks for all publications in a user's library.
- The Annotation list supports filtering by annotation tag.
- Compliance publications now include an indicator when they are nearing or are past their due date.
- An issue with the Health Check feature has been corrected.
- An issue where the 12.0 version of the Comply365 app did not open PDF notes that were created in Adobe Acrobat prior to publishing has been corrected. The app now correctly opens the notes and displays them in read-only mode. The Comply365 app now indicates to the user when a note is read-only.

ProAuthor
- A new Revision Comments side-bar is available for publications with revision comments.
- SVG images in publications are now supported.

Content365
- An issue with Exact search mode for Content365 publications that caused text to be moved in tables has been corrected.

PDF Viewer
- The outline will now update to show the current location in the publication.

Multi-dimensional AQP
- An issue that could cause one side of a task's grades to not fully display has been corrected.

Known issue
There is a known issue with searching for words in angular quotes. Words in angular quotes will only be found when searching in Exact mode. The search phrase must include the angular quotes in order for the search to succeed. This occurs only in HTML publications.
