Poor disgusting dealing & services

Mera connection shifting ke baad 10 12 din hi chla..suddenly they stop my broadband service. Or when I call service center they asked bill amount pending hai ..what the ... connection lage ko 10 12 din hue Kahe ka bill.l much disappointed.
😔Even before when I had requested shifting, the net service was stopped for 3 months before that but they would still be shifting charges😡😡👎👎

Day by day degrading services

I am a connect user for more than 10 years. But the way it degraded its services instead of improving is very very disappointing. I am using two connect wi fi connections in my 2 different homes and in one i have so called fibre optic cables since 6 months. In the beginning there was good speed but now every you tube video keeps on buffering. I logged a complaint twice, first time it was closed without even attending and the other time it was closed after a visit by technician without resolving even when i dint gave OTP of the resolved complaint to anyone. Despite telling while logging complaint that we are working and nobody is there till 6 pm, their technicians still call u up at day times for visit. All i can say is the services internet as well as complaint resolving have become PATHETIC.

Want accurate data consumption meter which was there in previous version of app

Previous version of app was better than this. We were able to see how much data we are consuming and data consumption meter was more transparent. with this new update in app i can see remaining data is also decreasing very fast although my usage is same. Before aug 2020, 30-40 GB of data remains unused every month and now with same usage as it was before aug 2020 app is showing all data consumed in just 15 days, which is not good. I doubt they are showing false data consumption in new version of app and trying to sell more data, if its not true then what is the reason behind removing the data usage meter which was showing accurate consumption on runtime.
