The modem takes 8 minutes to start, The connection is not stable. I have been using connect from last 9 years and I have to admit that their services are going big down each and every day. First 5 years were absolutely great but now from last 3 years they are providing very very unstable services.
The app itself is better now. The developers deserves 5 stars but I am given no 3 starts to connect services.

Day by day degrading services
I am a connect user for more than 10 years. But the way it degraded its services instead of improving is very very disappointing. I am using two connect wi fi connections in my 2 different homes and in one i have so called fibre optic cables since 6 months. In the beginning there was good speed but now every you tube video keeps on buffering. I logged a complaint twice, first time it was closed without even attending and the other time it was closed after a visit by technician without resolving even when i dint gave OTP of the resolved complaint to anyone. Despite telling while logging complaint that we are working and nobody is there till 6 pm, their technicians still call u up at day times for visit. All i can say is the services internet as well as complaint resolving have become PATHETIC.
Poor service and really bad staff
I have installed the broadband service 2 weeks back. First week the internet did not worked at all and after several complaints it started working. Since then the speed is really disappointing. Google homepage too is difficult to load. The staff, customer care and the office people all are very ignorant and irresponsible. And they also overcharged me as the actual payment in bill is way less than the amount taken from me.
So many emails, calls and complaints on app, i am still at the same place with no internet and BILL GENERATED.
