The modem takes 8 minutes to start, The connection is not stable. I have been using connect from last 9 years and I have to admit that their services are going big down each and every day. First 5 years were absolutely great but now from last 3 years they are providing very very unstable services.
The app itself is better now. The developers deserves 5 stars but I am given no 3 starts to connect services.

The salesperson misguided and didn’t told all the terms and condition for the WiFi installation even after asking so much. I wanted to install WiFi for 1 month but at first they denied that I have to pay for 3 months but then I said okay I don’t want then I receive a call from the person n he says yes we can do 1 month for u b I have talked to our main head and they said okay. After installing WiFi and using for 14 days I cam back to my home delhi from Punjab Hoshiarpur they I started receiving call from different persons saying that u have to pay for months and even they have uninstalled everything from there even the modem and wires they removed they discontinued the connection and making bills even after 1 paid first time and then they again charging me money n calling me and saying if I don’t pay they do case on me. First they don’t tell the full and true information and after they deny that they called me n said they can do 1 month connection. Very bad service and pathetic people.
Day by day degrading services
I am a connect user for more than 10 years. But the way it degraded its services instead of improving is very very disappointing. I am using two connect wi fi connections in my 2 different homes and in one i have so called fibre optic cables since 6 months. In the beginning there was good speed but now every you tube video keeps on buffering. I logged a complaint twice, first time it was closed without even attending and the other time it was closed after a visit by technician without resolving even when i dint gave OTP of the resolved complaint to anyone. Despite telling while logging complaint that we are working and nobody is there till 6 pm, their technicians still call u up at day times for visit. All i can say is the services internet as well as complaint resolving have become PATHETIC.
