I downloaded this app years ago used it few times..It had really poor performance back then..so I thought since its first and new of its kind in Nepal will improve as time goes by ...I deleted the app then....I thought much have been improved by now I downloaded it again today..its even worse now ..major issue with ios login...Id rate web 8/10 and app 5/10..

This guu app constantly ask users to change credentials which is super annoying. I understand the importance of security, but this app takes it to an extreme. It's clear that the developers prioritize safety, but they seem to forget about user convenience entirely. Repeatedly changing passwords and PINs doesn't necessarily make me feel more secure; instead, it just causes unnecessary frustration. On top of that the pin or password should not match up with previous three credentials. Every time I log in, I'm greeted with yet another prompt to update my credentials, and I find myself struggling to remember the new ones each time.

In past couple lf months the app got improved a lot, good to the developer team for doing a great job.

Couple of things are still annoying and frustrating but hoping to fix in future updates.🫡
