Coutloot is an amazing app. I am able to sell alot of my stuff, the traffic is amazing. I get a lot of response for my listings. Also their customer service is very quick and reliable. I called them for my cashout request, and Sarfaraz made sure I receive the money as soon as possible in my bank acc. I am totally in love with the app. The charges deducted for cancellation of products if by chance we decide not to sell, and the product is not even picked up yet,hurts a bit though.
I would never use it again and will never recommend to anyone
I have ordered 3 products 1 i liked and keep it to myself, 2nd it wasn't available at seller's shop, and 3rd was fraud seller, it was prepaid order, but coutloot team gave me one product's refund in wallet but i am still trying to cashout that money in my bank account but they are not processing, it's been 10 days, and one product which i requested for return, they said that we don't have return policy even it is written in their policy and on product's page, if i want to i could go to customer forum for this but bcoz of this pandemic i am just waiting, they didn't not accepted my return request, so i would like to warn you before you buy something from this app, they seem like any kind of scam or fraud, i am going to share this experience on social media as well, i have very good friends following list, definitely it will help hundreds of my friends.

They put wrong info
I downloaded the app because I had a few clothes I would have loved to sell. I made my account, clicked the photos of the top I wanted to sell and clicked on the submit button. When I went to check how my product looked, I realised they put the wrong information about it. I had clicked on “New without Tag” and “Size S”. They showed it was “New with Tag” and “Size XS”. Not to mention my additional description was never viewed. If someone had really bought the product with the wrong information, not only I would have had to listen to them but pay a fine to Coutlook, for giving “wrong information to the customer.”
Also, I didn’t get the hang of their commission rate. First time I uploaded, it showed commission of ₹160, but when I viewed the product and realised they gave the wrong information, I had to delete it and try again. The next time their commission went up to ₹200, even though the product was same.
