Description

An easy-to-use app to track and record COVID-19 symptoms.

There is no fee to use this app.

In this time of crisis, every resident of the world is anxious about getting COVID-19, and views every sneeze, every cough, and fever as a sign that they may have COVID-19. Governments of every country are concerned about the spread of COVID-19, and are in search of solutions to help their citizens, and understand and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Are you anxious about COVID-19?
Are you having fever, cough, or other symptoms?
Have you been tested for COVID-19?
Have you had contact with someone with COVID-19?
Does a family member or friend have COVID-19?
Do you want to contribute towards COVID research?

In an attempt to solve these issues, we have built this COVID-19 symptoms tracker. Here are the key things you can do with this app:

- Track key COVID symptoms
- See history of your symptoms
- Help alleviate anxiety
- Help scientists and researchers to track, study, and model prevalence of COVID-19 in our communities
- Share a report of your symptoms with your doctor
- Maintain a record of your COVID-19 test results

We have a well-researched list of COVID-19 related symptoms which can be tracked.

Please note this app does not provide medical advice. If you have severe symptoms, please call 911, call your doctor, or go to the hospital emergency room.

This app is currently not advised for use by people who are hospitalized with severe symptoms.

Data Security:

Your personally identifiable information, such as email ids and phone numbers will not be shared with anyone. We do not track your location, and do not collect or store any location data, except for a country and postal code that you can optionally enter. Your Donated Data will be made available to researchers.

We may use aggregated, Donated Data to create heat maps showing prevalence of symptoms in the community, in order to help the public and policy makers better understand the spread of COVID-19.

For questions and support, please contact help@covidsymptom.org

You can also share this COVID symptoms tracker app with your friends and family to help them track their symptoms, contribute to COVID research and join our fight against COVID-19.

Let's all unite and help each other out to fight this pandemic.
