Terrible App, worse support, Dont go for this
We subcribed 3 months ago for this CRM and it has been just the beginning of our problems. We were looking for an app to streamline our workflow but the but it has totally messed up our workflow. They did not give us a trail and promised a lot of things before signing up. It has been over 3 months now and the features are not implemented and some issues still unresolved. The support team lacks communication skills and will only keep asking for more time. Something as simple as sorting also does not work reliably, let alone the other features. Please dont go for this app.
