**CSC e-Government Services Overview:**
CSC e-Government Services operates as a Special Purpose Vehicle under the Digital India Initiative by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MIETY) of the Government of India. With a presence in every gram panchayat in the country, CSC works across all states and union territories. The Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) play a crucial role in delivering services to every citizen, fostering a community of entrepreneurs up to the village level.
**VLE Registration Process:**
**Signup:**
- Navigate to the signup section within the app.
- Enter the App Reference Number, Secure Code, and your registered mobile number to initiate the registration process.
**App Reference Number, PAN Number, and Date of Birth:**
- Upon completing the signup process, you will receive an App Reference Number on your registered email id.
- Provide necessary details such as PAN card information, date of birth, and other required fields on an A4 size sheet.
**Video Capturing:**
- Proceed to the video capturing step, conducted at VLE centers.
- Capture a video as instructed, ensuring clarity and completeness, while holding the A4 size sheet with PAN Number, App Reference Number, and Date of Birth.
**Validation and Submission:**
- Validate the captured video against the specified criteria.
- Submit the video for further processing.
**Additional Instructions:**
- During the signup process, make sure to enter the App Reference Number, Secure Code, and your registered mobile number accurately.
