Please put more thought!!

Among the lot of the bank appa, your app is relatively easy to year. But still you could apply more thought. Particularly when you modify the apps and add a few new ease of use options, please DO NOT REMOVE EXISTING ease of use options. 1 while making transactions, Search and select Payee is gone. Now only “Select payee account “is available. I have more than 100 payees and it’s very difficult to scroll through all the payees to find the right one. So PLEASE BRING BAK THE PAYEE SEARCH and SELECT through name or account number. 2. Allow us to add favourite action to favourites menu. Otherwise what’s the point of having a favourites option if you are going to populate it by default ? 3. Under Transactions menu, you have Fund Transfer and then you have the options. Instead please add direct access to transfer within CUB, IMPS & NEFT when translations is clicked.

Need Touch ID login

I admire your bank and I am both an account holder and a shareholder. While I appreciate your great strides in technology, a major dampener in your mobile app is the lack of Touch ID login. If I have to enter the credentials every time on a small screen, what is the point of a mobile app? I use laptop for most part of my day, and I can use the same. Why do I need an app? Hope you can get this sorted out soon.

iOS Version of app having lot of issues

I team,
The iOS version of your bank app is having lot of issues when accessing, it doesn’t load properly, automatically logs out while transferring money, takes more time to load options for login & most importantly it hangs & logs out during most of the transactions.
I tried restarting my phone, uninstalling & installing the app, tested with different networks & WiFi. No luck, issue still persists.

Never seen a app this worst, please have this fixed as it might reduce your reputation.
