Great for students

It has made me follow my routine with other things like yoga and meditation. It is a phenomenal application which will not only motivate you but also allow you to fulfil your goals in hunky-dory as you can choose your preferences according to your routine. My regards and appreciation to the makers.

Excellent App

I started meditation by following the schedule as per the app. It's relaxing as well as relief stress. I like the reminders that are being send to me. It kind of keeps me on track. Overall the app is very helpful in different ways
