User mobile application is not build properly. No proper support service for users. App has many bugs. App doesn’t respond with proper feedback which left users in a confusion.
My suggestion would be that you need to think about application UX.
Worst application
Why this is the worst application it doesn’t work anytime I have tried this 3-4 times but every time my amount get stuck. Every time I add money and pay from the app at the end I regret. Will go on play store and rate this app 1 star ⭐️ and will add a good comment also sorry for that.
