Disappointing Experience

Their vending machine is installed at my office building, nearly all of the employees directly orders the items but as I did apart from them, so I installed their app and to my disappointment when I completed payment and was waiting for order pickup ID then nothing happened and even till now the app does not show the pickup order ID, never again going to install this app, it was was bad decision but cause my order was not big otherwise I would have definitely escalated through mail. Improve your vending machine service or app architecture otherwise it is bound to fail.

- Placing order via app using contactless scanning is a great feature addition...Kudos to the team
- I had a refund issue with one of my order, I asked for a help with Daalchini guy who comes for refilling stuffs in the machine. He was very polite and helped us to get the refund.
- Used it for the first time and the experience was very good….Never seen something like this could exist where you can have almost anything in food within your office
- Please add corn tikki again in the machine...it was our favorite snacks which we used to buy
- Can I sell my products in your vending machine? I have used your machine and products in my last office.

Refund issue

My order got stuck inside the vending machine and the money got deducted. When i ordered again, they deducted the money and did not process it and asked to scan the QR to submit payment screen shot. As I made the payment through CRED and tried uploading the payment screenshot but it got declined again and again.

There is no way one can use their app to resolve all these issues.

Also, when I paid 12Rs for an order, they refunded only 10Rs. How can they deduct the refill service fees when I have not even got my order???? Such a fraud people.
