A small step towards a big problem:
Dacby is Indian app based company whose goal is to build services for the growing gaming industry and come up with solution for the gaming related issues that currently persist in the gaming market.
Majority of sales was done in local environment meaning that people in a place majorly sell and buy games from the same place. This was the first challenge that we have very successfully tackled. DACBY is an app-based platform where in people can choose from more than 200 different pre-owned games and order it directly to their home.
This allows people to get access to games that they want to play in just a few clicks. DACBY platform also buys games from gamers, thus removing the hurdles of a buyer demand for people who have finished playing their game. We have been growing at a tremendous rate and we have set up a quality standard for the industry.
Our major focus is on digital games the upcoming future. People have digital accounts with games in them. One of the biggest issues is that once a game has been bought and played, selling of the game is not possible, the whole account has to be sold. Again, here people generally buy accounts from trusted peers and there is no one platform which has been able to regulate and ensure a quality standard here in the digital account space.
This is the second challenge that we have resolved. In Dacby people can list their accounts on the platform. Before the listing is made public the accounts are checked and verified by the company. Once the accounts are verified the accounts are made open to the public. This has been an amazing relief to gamers as in the case of digital the chances of being cheated by the seller are high.
For a gamer we have been building a strong image of quality service, and a brand of trust. The company believes in taking small steps towards improvement of life of gamers will result in a big transformation of the gaming space in India. The company also wishes to be a consumer favorite by continuously innovating and solving issues that gamers face on a daily basis.

The most genuine review
As you have seen there are many one star reviews and I have seen than I was ps4 owner first I bought marvel spider man from this website first time which I was totally sacred of wether I will get it or not but the disc was in clean condition I am still using it after that I pre-order god of war ragnarock and I git enamul mug as well and I am still using it both games and mug
Today I got the disc of my new ps5 game ghost of tsushima it had take. 6 days to reach delivery was too slow I will say this but the customer service was good when ever I ask anything to them they gave me reply within an half an hour
I am not saying that the scam which is mention in this reviews are fake but I have still not experienced any inconvenience I have placed a sell order if anything bas happens I will update it here right away coz now I am also scared of reviews
A great platform yet prices are a little high.
Dacby is a great app and an amazing platform for gamers who cannot spend a premium of gaming titles. There are soo many options from discs to digital accounts and gift card, they have it all. My only concern is that prices of some games are higher than their 2nd hand value, only if prices are justified and revised, this is a to be place for gamers!

**Terrible Experience with Dacby**
I recently purchased a used PS5 disc from Dacby, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First off, the disc arrived in extremely poor condition. Despite being advertised as "like new," it was covered in scratches and barely functional. It took several attempts to even get the game to load, and it constantly crashed once it did.
The customer service is atrocious. I reached out to Dacby immediately upon receiving the damaged product, only to be met with unhelpful and rude responses. It took days just to get a reply, and even then, they refused to offer a refund or exchange, citing some vague "no returns" policy that wasn’t made clear at the time of purchase.
To make matters worse, the shipping was incredibly slow. I paid for expedited shipping, but it still took over two weeks for the disc to arrive. Given the poor condition of the product and the lack of support from the company, it was a complete waste of money.
I strongly advise against using Dacby for purchasing used PS5 discs. The products are misrepresented, the customer service is non-existent, and the overall experience is deeply frustrating. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
