How can I login to the Daily Ninja app?

Daily Ninja uses secure login to authenticate users. Daily Ninja would NEVER post anything to your Facebook/Google+ profiles.

How does the Daily Ninja know my address?

The Daily Ninja app uses your GPS to locate the areas/apartments near you. You can select the area/apartment you live in and enter your complete address.

I could not locate my building. What shall I do?

Daily Ninja currently operates from a limited area in Bangalore, but is expanding at a very high pace. You can show your interest, leave us your address and we would make sure the Daily Ninja comes to your rescue.

How does my order gets delivered?

Your supplies would get delivered to you everyday before 8 AM by the Daily Ninja.

When do I settle my bills?

We work in a prepaid system. You only have to maintain a non-negative balance in your DailyNinja wallet and we will keep delivering the product to you. You can add money to the DailyNinja wallet using online payment.

Update: Rectified their mistake

I added 500/- to the wallet to get a scheduled delivery of milk everyday.
Scheduled and the milk didn’t get deliver for a single day. They kept on deducting the money still for everyday from the wallet. Also, you won’t get notified about the deduction unless you check the wallet. So, even with regular deliveries which if would have worked, you need to verify the transactions in wallet to be sure if the deduction is genuine. WTH! These guys don’t have a system to know that the milk isn’t delivered and the money shouldn’t be deducted. So, I had to raise issues and then they refunded.
I tried the subscription as well as straight deliveries multiple times hoping they’ll get it right this time. But no, the same issue always persists. For multiple tries, they once delivered and that too a different milk than what i ordered.
Now, I’ve been struggling to get the wallet balance refunded in my account for the last 1 month as that wallet balance is useless there. But through app it says someone will contact me in 24 hours. Raised this request multiple times and getting the same thing. God knows how many months it’ll take for their watch to finish 24 hours...!!! Super frustrating.

Update: They refunded the wallet amount back in my paytm wallet. They also refunded the 19/- for the wrong order delivered.

Worst in delivery, customer service

My wife enrolled thier service last year for daily needs. In 3-4 months experience, your team was not able to delivered the product on time and every other day I used to complaint for your service due to non delivery,wrong product delivery or for product quality. After suffering for 3-4 months, we decided to close the account and raise a request for wallet amount refund of Rs. 1627. Intially after doing almost a month or two month follow up, you asked me to approach to your vendor Anand who delivers in my society bit very soon I relaized that he is a bigger lazy and cheater than you guys. He used to say I will give you today, or tomorrow or you buy a product as I will not refund the money. After I made a complaint to your customer care about his comments but there was no resolution given instead of it, your dumbo customer care executives asked me to connect with him only. I have even shared my wife account details for account transfer which was requested by your mutiple excutives but until today I have not recieved my money. I have not received in paytm or mobiwik or my bank account. Sharing a one liner transaction detail which doesn’t have any other details, will not help me. I need my money otherwise I need to take a legal action against your organisation. I would recommend people to stay away from your services as your services are worst in india.

Commendable customer service

At the outset, let me thank you for this service of doorstep delivery where I can modulate my order every day using the App on a variety of daily use items.
Milk being perishable item and the organic varieties being even more susceptible, there have been issues with spoilt milk once in a while. What’s commendable is that, we have an option to report it immediately and get a refund for the same. This is critical in my opinion. Without this refund option, I wouldn’t trust this and order further. The variety of milk options are really good. Other daily items, snacks etc are really good options as well. I would like you guys to grow further, expand your services and do well. Thank you for your service.
