User interface of this app is very poor
Horrible service and app
Their service is SO BAD that it makes it difficult to acknowledge the positives(milk, cost). Right from the delivery boy to the customer service, they’re all unprofessional. Milk is hardly ever delivered on time. Even after I told the delivery boy to bring it on time, he ignored me. And if you ask the customer service about it, they’re either unhelpful or outright rude. And if that wasn’t enough, their app barely has any functionality.
Need to improve UI of app
Milk is good they only need to improve the user interface of app
