User interface of this app is very poor
Horrible service and app
Their service is SO BAD that it makes it difficult to acknowledge the positives(milk, cost). Right from the delivery boy to the customer service, they’re all unprofessional. Milk is hardly ever delivered on time. Even after I told the delivery boy to bring it on time, he ignored me. And if you ask the customer service about it, they’re either unhelpful or outright rude. And if that wasn’t enough, their app barely has any functionality.
I won’t recommend this app.
I received my order only for 15days this month instead for 31 days , they will cancel order according to their convenience, and Vipin a customer support agent don’t know how to speak to customers as well, I just asked that why this is happening continuously, why you people are not doing anything about the delivery, he talked to me very rudely, and disconnected the call. Also He said “ aagar senior kuch ni kre pa rhe toh mai bhi ni kr sakta” thn why the hell you are running this business.?
