Excellent customer service
Honestly my 5 stars is for their lovely customer service. I had an emergency which is why i couldn’t be home to be with the maid so they accepted my request to reschedule (in under 1 hour) for the next day. Im so happy for this because usually corrupt organizations try to take the money and ask to rebook but these people made it so convenient for me.

Very much disappointed with the app. I booked a service a 100 times. Each time i received immediate confirmation on number and mail. I rescheduled my other chores and waited all the time thinking that previously there must be an issue with the handymen maybe so try. But I never got any call, or any response on the time of the service. I called the support often, but none received. I chatted on the app, no response, except that it said you’ll recieve a response on mail in few minutes but I didn’t get any. Hopeless. Absolutely not recommended and not trustworthy.
