Day One 4+

I was looking for a journaling/ idea taking app which could seemlessly be available across my devices, with the most current content on each one of them. After all, when you get to hold a thought captive, you don't know you are closest to which of your devices!
And boy, Day One does this wonderfully well. With Day One, I am never in a position to not be able to capture the though, or an idea that would be crossing my mind at that moment.
Not just this, I love the photo upload feature too; there are times I am writing my thoughts and ideas on paper. With the photo upload feature, I am able to preserve them for eternity by taking a photo and adding it to my entry. Other features like content organising, Geo information tagging, and many such features not only make finding my entries easy, but also add lot of contextual information to my entries.
I can go on and on about Day One. Thank you Day One for helping me connect with myself better!!!

I cannot imagine starting my day without Day One or ending my day without it. One of the best journaling apps in the market, I have tried other journaling apps, but none meet the standard of Day One. Many features like weather and location data are essential tools in journaling applications, and Day One has them all. I have not found any other application with such great tools.

Day One is helpful while I can use Markdown to write my content. Conclusion if you want to write daily web content or write daily reflections, Day One is the go-to app for your journaling needs.

I've been using Day One for years now, and hands down it's the best journaling app I have used (and I tried many before settling down with this one). I write at least once every single day (my morning pages) on this app. I have it on Mac, iPhone, iPad everywhere. It has seamless sync, and they keep updating their design all the time.

Recently, I faced this bug where whenever I tried to press arrow keys to navigate while writing, it would pop up the main window. I wrote them an email about it, and they fixed the bug in literally 3 days in a new version! They were in constant touch with me over email, and I was genuinely super surprised to see that insanely quick turnaround time.

They're doing a fantastic job of keeping the app alive, updated and going strong.
