I dont like this app, prices are good and affordable but there delivery services are not satisfactory. You have to order before 3-4 days, even after that i have to call on customer-care then i got my order. Grocery apps are not like that, same day delivery should be there. Worst grocery app ever. Don't order it if you want products on same day because once you ordered you cant be cancel it, all you have to do is wait and they dont even show the date and time when your order will arrive. So Be careful before taking place your order.

I bought few items on 1st Sep and was confirmed that the order will be delivered by 2 and Sep. on 2nd afternoon received a call to confirm the delivery address but no one turned till 7 pm. On calling the delivery boy, he says that your order was falsely given to him and this is not his delivery area. This has gone to some other delivery boy and he will deliver tomorrow. Unfortunately, there is no phone number to express concern and chat is pethatic with irrelevant response. An agent joined the chat but not bothered to respond for 15 mins.
