Decorum CRM covers the entire cycle of customer relationship which doesn't end with closing the opportunity. The customer needs to be serviced with on-time deliveries and timely updates of what's happening with the order as well. The following features are covered as part of Decorum CRM:-
- Create opportunities and assign them to yourself or your team member
- Track opportunities throughout the pipeline
