Please spend some money on development you have no website ordering and you are betting on mobile platform so please make it worthy. It is that slow and buggy that I will never use it but I will go to your store once. Thanks

First of all the app itself is so slow and buggy that you won’t feel like ordering from it. Secondly, they don’t have a good customer support. They will never come up with a solution. They will assure you to make it right but even after days of wait, you won’t get a solution. They have pathetic delivery service. You will not get the order on time even after having their membership with which you are supposed to get priority delivery service. All they do is just make excuses!!

They are always late. And they always have excuses. Operational Issues, Rain, every time something or the other. Why do you take so many orders if you are not able to manage them.To top it all, their customer support executives are very unprofessional & rude. They have a bad attitude. They can’t listen. If you complain to them, they will give you back nicely, like in personal relationships. No Professionalism at all. We don’t pay to listen to your nonsense. Have some manners.

This app is amazing and super budget-friendly! It offers great value and is easy to use. However, I’d love to share that use less plastic bags to help reduce pollution and cut costs. Overall, highly recommend!
