Wide range of Products with pathetic return policy

Definitely DentalKart is an excellent platform to buy a lot of dental products. But the reasons behind giving 3 stars is their return policy. I am purchasing a lot of products from them. I have called and mailed them several times for requesting return of my products which I have received damaged. They didn’t respond to my return request not a single time. So basically it’s like an one way system. If you need any product just go through it thoroughly as they are not going to change the product in case of anything. In case of defect to any expensive product only god can help you. So in term of return policy I would like to give 1star rating. Otherwise I am buying products from them and will buy in the future also.

Pathetic service dnt trust them at all

Recently I hv order ordered few products using this app. Still they haven’t shipped my parcel it been 4 day hv placed the order . I’m calling since then to ask about it so for the frst time only call got connected within 1 min. After that they kept me waiting for 6 mins and they cut the call automatically. I’m calling them like crazy but every time no response. On frst call they hv told me that waldent gloves are taking time to come from distributor so we hv hold back ur parcel. But its too much they should have told me that waldent gloves gonna take time or else other products they can ship and waldent gloves they ship separately. As they are charging 25 rs extra delivery charges for gloves only fo no reason. So bottom line very pathetic service. Very very very very very disappointed.
They treat doctors like with so much of disrespect. Which has crossed all the limits in my case.

Dear Padma, we are sorry for the inconvenience, some delays are happening due to operational issues, kindly provide us the order ID via email instead of calling, as the support number might be busy, so that we can arrange a dispatch for the available items. Regarding the shipping charges, it has been applied by the manufacturer and Dentalkart will not be able to waive the same off.
