Very Poor Service / Worst
I am writing to address a recurring issue regarding the delivery service. This is the second time I have encountered a problem with the delivery person. Their behavior has been unacceptable, as they have displayed arrogance and rudeness. Furthermore, they have refused to deliver the item to the designated location, instead demanding that we collect it from their location. This is highly inconvenient and unprofessional. I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Call centre not booking Express Worldwide
Your call centre is only giving Express 12:00 quote whereas app is giving both options of Express 12:00 as well as Express Worldwide.
Your call centre person says they can only book Express 12:00 and not Express Worldwide. Why so?
