What’s New
Version 4.2.3
- Form update - Added ability to trigger forms such as IBS SSS and GAD7 at any point in time of the member journey. This will also let members retake a completed form.
- New lifestyle bubbles feature - members can now view the past 7 day logs as a widget in the track section. They can also view summary metrics of their lifestyle logs.
- Wearables integration - added support for Fitbit, and Google Fit. Now data from Wearables integration will automatically update the lifestyle bubbles.

Loving the experience
Overall, I love the program. The health coaches are great, the daily cravings and energy tracking in the app is helpful, and I get all my meals rated on their healthiness on the same day!
I specifically like the depth of the Gut Biome and Genetic reports I've gotten in the program. The reports can use a better design, but the data in there has really helped me to improve my health over the past year.
Great tool
This seems to be amazing tool! Now for me to capitalize within it to execute the plans and strategies. This could very well be the tool that is truly a game changer.
