Its been so much time for launching this app but still such a worst app. Not able to redeem the money, not able to do any transactions, after reinstalling the app SIM VERIFICATION FAILED error is pop. Also shared snapshot for the same on mail id mentioned but still no response and no solutions by developer/ IT team. Even reviews are also bad by users. Employees are also facing the same issues for which there money is also stuck.Does anyone from organization give proper time period for longterm solutions to use this app????

We have to write to RBI about this application , I have taken video of this application not working plus we have also taken screen shots of the users who are facing the application error ,the application is not able transact , after reinstalling not able to register , this have to reported to PMO as well as RBI who have give such a good facility , but your team is not allowing us to use this , Thanks Kotak RUPEE application Team for such a third class application

It has been almost a year since I added 15k into digital kotak erupee app, and when I tried to get back in my account the app shuts and when I reopened it shows 0.00 rupees in my wallet. Even lost all my transactions history. Till this date kotak emails me everyday saying your complaint hase been raised and will be resolved asap. What a scammers. Idiots

Team Kotak, Kindly look into the app as I and many others are not able to transact using the app nor able to redeem our money out of the wallet.This is highly negligent to not work on a banking app and should be added to list of all goof ups Kotak is doing lately!Customer care is not able to help, kindly provide assistance else matters will have to be escalated to RBI.
