Their response rate is faster but I hv not yet received the links to my music as per promised
Support team needs to be improved
I have been using this for more than 2 years and all was going good but for more than 3 months I am not able to update my credits cards I tried 3 cards but no one is working although all cards are working find on another places. I dropped emails to contact me no one bothered to connect. I lost my two songs due to this reason. I hope they can fix it soon.
Pathetic customer service
I had paid for single artist and the app lands again in chose a plan page with single artist page disabled. In the web site strangely lands in a page which asks ‘ upgrade from ios device’ . Unbelievable these don’t even know how to maintain an app or a website.
I have raised ticket , tweeted , messaged insta , no resolution yet and it’s been days now.
