DMart Ready Online Grocery App 4+

I've been using the Dmart app for quite some time now, and it has undoubtedly made my shopping experience much more convenient. The range of products, the prices, and the user interface are all top-notch. However, I'd like to suggest an important addition to the app that could make it even more user-friendly.

Not everyone receives their salaries on a fixed schedule, and unforeseen financial situations can arise. It would be immensely beneficial if Dmart could introduce a PayLater option within its app. This feature would allow customers to make purchases even when their salaries are delayed, providing them with the flexibility to manage their expenses more effectively.

Many other apps and e-commerce platforms already offer PayLater options, and I believe Dmart could greatly benefit from incorporating this into their app. It would not only enhance customer satisfaction but also set Dmart apart from its competitors.

I genuinely appreciate the convenience the Dmart app offers, but the addition of a PayLater feature would take it to the next level. I hope the Dmart team considers implementing this idea to further improve the app's functionality. Thank you for providing a great shopping platform, and I look forward to seeing this enhancement in the future.

I have been shopping from DMart since a long time and never had any problem there.
Because of the current situation, ordered from their app twice (after trying hundred times to place an order and get an available slot). I ordered first on 3rd May and the available slot was of 7th May. Till 11th of May I didn't get my order and there was no communication from their side whatsoever. I even tried contacting the store, customer vare but all in vain. Then I again placed an order on 12th May and the delivery slot was 13th May. Today some lady called me to tell me that my order is cancelled as they're out of stock. i asked her about my previous order and she said "woh toh nikal gayi ab delivery date" and that we always call, it's your fault you didn't pick up and literally started arguing with me.
I get that you're working hard to deliver tje orders but atleast have a better system of communication and update on the app if items are out of stock. And please teach your employees to be more respectful.
Literally waited 10 days to get my order and received nothing! Never ordering from their app again!

I didn’t think DMart would ever have an app which they would launch and maintain and provide the same competitive prices which they offer when you walk in to one of their end number of stores. The range of things offered on App and Store are not quite the same but nonetheless I never had any issues with any of the orders I placed through the App. I used to collect my stuff through the local DMart Ready store which unfortunately closed down recently. But DMart has started Home Delivery at my place and also stopped charging the delivery fee for a few months. I still wouldn’t mind paying the ₹49 Delivery Fee too as the savings I get is more than that
