I have been shopping from DMart since a long time and never had any problem there.Because of the current situation, ordered from their app twice (after trying hundred times to place an order and get an available slot). I ordered first on 3rd May and the available slot was of 7th May. Till 11th of May I didn't get my order and there was no communication from their side whatsoever. I even tried contacting the store, customer vare but all in vain. Then I again placed an order on 12th May and the delivery slot was 13th May. Today some lady called me to tell me that my order is cancelled as they're out of stock. i asked her about my previous order and she said "woh toh nikal gayi ab delivery date" and that we always call, it's your fault you didn't pick up and literally started arguing with me. I get that you're working hard to deliver tje orders but atleast have a better system of communication and update on the app if items are out of stock. And please teach your employees to be more respectful.Literally waited 10 days to get my order and received nothing! Never ordering from their app again!
