I have been using this app from lost couple of months found very helpful good response mostly doctors satisfied me to the best usually if I visit a doctor local in my place they won’t talk to me much hardly ten minutes but here doctor app as I guess to my enquiry a doctor talked to me for 45 minutes and still doctor going on and on but satisfied me only COMPLAINT Or ISSUE what ever you call ,GETTING ADVISE by CALL that’s not fair yar at least their should be option only through mags that’s it over all 5 star from my side and customer care please call mat Koya karo am satisfied customers of yours don’t worry I will be tuned into your app only won’t switch to other :~)

New way of cheating existing customers

DocsApp succeeded in cheating customer, on July 18th 2020, I received a call from DocsApp executive saying due to COVID situation we have been extending my subscription till Nov 2021 end upon paying the next year subscription which is doubled compared to last year. They applied coupon to get some discount which is high then what it’s current price. He insisted me to pay the amount when he is in call and to my foolishness I did. To my surprise today when I checked the subscription date while browsing app it was only till September 2021. When I raised a complaint with customer service they have arranged a call back. The same guy call me (who renewed my subscription) this morning and he said he was sure it was only till 2021 September he did promise any think like that. He even said they have recording of those he can confirm and share it with me. I am super confident about the conversation and asked him to share the recording . This evening he gave a call back and says it was his mistake that he said September instead of November. When it was a mistake, how come the COVID conversion came in and he could cheat me by making false promises.
It’s clear sign of cheating, it might be the executive or the company. Don’t try to cheat customers.
I completely lost trust in this Management and App now

Time and money waste

I found this a complete time and money waste application. I paid for consultation and I was promised that that particular specialist will be available at 7:30 AM and got notification to be available and keep my phone ringer high so that call won’t be missed. I waited but got a message that my selected doc is not available then another specialist messaged me and asked me the details for contacting and as soon as I replied him over the chat, he left the session. Can you expect that rudeness from an educated person? I don’t know if he knew anything about chat etiquette specially in professional way when you have paid for that service. It was a worst experience and even after paying for the service and waiting to connect with so called specialist, you come across with someone who doesn’t even know chat etiquette. I got nothing after paying. Guys beware!!!
