Doosra 4+

Very disappointed

I was among those first members who supported you when Doosra was launched. I purchased your plan and joined Doosra because it was nice idea of getting a virtual number that u ppl brought in the market. But I didn’t know that WhatsApp will not run on this before buying. You have not mentioned about that anywhere if u had then it might be at a place where nobody see at first glance.

Now after few months u introduced pro plan which has that feature of using WhatsApp. What you expect from the ppl who bought your plan at launch stage and now you are asking them to purchase another plan to use WhatsApp ?

It is highly disappointing 😠
Its fine if you are not giving your initials members that opportunity to use WhatsApp on the plans they already bought. But you lost my and many other people’s trust by doing so.

Anyway hope you people grow. 👍

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

There was no malafide intent on our side. We got whatsapp as it was the most requested feature and decided to include it in another plan so that the users can choose between the plans.

Also you may upgrade your plan to pro, you will be charged the difference between your existing plan and the PRO plan, which will be prorated for the remaining validity of your current plan. For more details on this, please reach out to us at support@doosra.io.

Great app but need more functionality

Hi Great app but purchase flow is not working on iOS. Payment data seems not to be loading and while making payment it says not valid input. As a workaround I purchased using web app and then logged in into app. App ui is good and intuitive. It goes into ANR when we tap on contact us from menu, pls fix it Few features I would love to have:

1. Add a dial pad. I acknowledge that this apps concept is to block unwanted call but sometimes we want to dial a call as well. I can see we can revert to call using doosra proxy number so I believe it will not be a tough task to add a dial pad panel so that we can initiate calls as well. Hoping this will be added in next updates

2. Outgoing calls are done by random doosra proxy and receiver sees that proxy number. Sometimes it creates confusion. If possible add an option to use allotted doosra number as proxy so that receiver sees doosra number in their call history. I don’t know if it’s possible tech wise but if it’s possible, it’ll be a great feature to have

Great features, Great Price: Great App

I do really like the application. Does the job pretty well. But just a request to add automated call recording feature, if possible. It’ll be great if we’d be able to listen our conversation again of the interviews and conversations. I think it’ll also attract more customers to your app as much of them want this feature in their iPhones. Here, they’ll be getting an extra number at the same competitive price in comparison to the other call recording apps available in the market.
