I have written multiple times to your team for several issues being faced by everyone including myself. I have offered to help fix it by working together with your team. Just give us a good enough platform where we can focus on the study material and not technical difficulties. I believe students/aspirants have each paid enough for you to have enough resources to do better.
Useless app useless institute

Aspirants do not buy courses or take admission in Drishti, specially online courses. Their management is pathetic. They do not listen to student’s demands and do not care for the welfare that one institute should think about their students. They are purely a business firm and unnecessarily hiked prices of courses so high. Once you buy the course you are trapped. You can not make any change, like in my case I bought hindi medium course by mistake on discount and when I wanted to change this into same course in English medium they asked me full price that was just double of the price I bought the course for. Evaluation system is very careless. They check answers whenever they like it, like after 10-12 days you submit the answer. That remains useless. The management is arrogant and business minded. Though, Some teachers are good.
It’s battery draining app

Please improve the app quality..it’s battery consumption is very high (even 2 hour video drained 50% and above battery) and also phone is over heated during using the app..worst app ever on iphone from Drishti
Deficiency in Services

I’m a student of Drishti Law Optional online batch. It has been more than 2 months since I have received the evaluated copy of the test and nor I have been provided with any further tests(ex :- a test was supposed to be conducted on 14th August, it has been conducted for other students but the same test has not been made available to me on the app). Moreover, I have not received any PDF for the last month. I have contacted the Batch Coordinator more than 40 times (without exaggeration), only to hear the same old response that it will be uploaded by tomorrow,2 months have already passed and not even a single issue of mine has been resolved. Expressing my displeasure, when I told the Batch Coordinator that i would be filing a case in the court they shamelessly told me to go ahead with it. Moreover, there is no option to ask doubts to the teacher, when you call their helpline for any query it takes around 30 mins to connect the call and their response towards your query is careless. I request fellow UPSC aspirants not to join this pathetic coaching class at any cost. Joining this class will dearly cost you your precious time, money and mental peace.
