Very bad experience with this app

I log out from my iOS system and when try to log in again it show error that user logged in another device. Kindly fix it as soon as possible. Also when I update my app it automatically logged out and show error that user registered in another device and when open the app it is nothing my course. Very pathetic situation of this live class app in iOS. Now I am unable to continue my classes. Kindly do not install this app in your iOS system. It will be waste of your money.

Deficiency in Services

I’m a student of Drishti Law Optional online batch. It has been more than 2 months since I have received the evaluated copy of the test and nor I have been provided with any further tests(ex :- a test was supposed to be conducted on 14th August, it has been conducted for other students but the same test has not been made available to me on the app). Moreover, I have not received any PDF for the last month. I have contacted the Batch Coordinator more than 40 times (without exaggeration), only to hear the same old response that it will be uploaded by tomorrow,2 months have already passed and not even a single issue of mine has been resolved. Expressing my displeasure, when I told the Batch Coordinator that i would be filing a case in the court they shamelessly told me to go ahead with it. Moreover, there is no option to ask doubts to the teacher, when you call their helpline for any query it takes around 30 mins to connect the call and their response towards your query is careless. I request fellow UPSC aspirants not to join this pathetic coaching class at any cost. Joining this class will dearly cost you your precious time, money and mental peace.

After sales service is the worst i have ever seen or heard of

I am a student who enrolled into their online course -B21A English, its been more than a month and i have still not received any books/notes/magazines, any schedule, or a counsellor as assured at the time of enrolment, my POC Monika Rawat has been extremely unprofessional and unresponsive and i have tried getting in touch with the superior authorities but everyone has turned a deaf year to it, CSE is a serious preparation and one would expect the institutions to be as serious as the student if not more. Would not recommend any online courses of theirs though i am not the right person to comment of the offline module. I am customer who genuinely believed in the institution but have been truly disappointed, this might be the first negative review i have written for anyone but i think thats where my frustration with this team has reached to. The team or anyone can verify the same with me i have all screenshots and necessary proof recorded with me.
