I have been using DropTaxi for few years. Their service is decent. The cost is reasonable. So we can't compare their mobile app against Corporate like Uber or Ola for GPS, SOS, number masking, etc. The customer care number is always reachable. Which is really good and friendly to use. Driver also having good experience on route and communication.

The DropTaxi service is reliable. They honour the booking and the fares are transparent. The communication is also clear and instant - while booking, allotting the cab and while closing the trip. The cabs are also generally well maintained and the drivers are courteous. However, off late the drivers start applying usurious charges like 1) Higher Toll 2) Non-existent parking charges 3) Waiting time when not applicable 4) Unwarranted Luggage charges and one greedy driver even applied a Pet Charge, when there was no Pet!!! Basically, drivers have started abusing the flexibility provided by the app in a non-transparent way. If this continues, Drop Taxi will also get relegated to history!!

Fantastic. I have booked the drop taxi and was not able to reach the destination due to cancellation of flights. No sooner contacted their office and immediately understood my concern and arranged good driver Me. MADHAVAN contacted my son at the airport and picked him and his family and safely brought them safely. Keep it up as always. Thank you. 🙏🏻
