Reasons
1- promotional data offered on money remittances valid only 2-3 days - ???
2- money transfer charges 15 with uncompetitive rates.. whereas many other apps offering free transfer moe a days.
Worst service
Worst experience ever for international transaction 6 day still waiting to receive amount and every time i called customer service they said 24hrs and after 24hrs same thing repeat never 👎 used it they can’t help zero ⭐️

irresponsible
almost a week since i send money to india, didn’t receive yet. No updates, no details, no tracking, customer care guys never respond. Tried Du stores, and Du business centres, they are helpless. i doubt fraudulence
