Dunkin' India Order Online 4+

Took my money, broke their own 2 weeks deadline for refund and no customer support other than the default copy paste reply to give us your details and all, they don't reply to mails at all and don't have their customer care helpline, there is no customer support at all and you are on your own,
Made the mistake of ordering using their app but the store called to cancel the order as they had none of the 4 different kind of donuts I had ordered and were listed on their app, shame on them actually but it gets better, the refund that guy promised was to be done in 3 days has not arrived after 16 days and the customer support does not exist, do yourself a favor and use Zomato or Swiggy instead, atleast you get your money back easily and you are actually heard, there is no way to do the same with Dunkin.
And Dunkin Donuts no need to reply with your default template of sorry and give us your details

Sometimes I dont understand big organisations hiring best of talent across the country and doing worst jobs in executing most basic tasks that food industry has been doing for years.
Taking order for food that is not available. Informing customer after 30 mins that it isn’t available. Not even a sorry. Ruining reputation of an international brand.
Please shut your shop and start selling lemon soda on road sides. Actually dont do that, you guys will ruin that as well. Incompetent!
