Updates required for IoS

Hi Team,
Please enhance the easy access experience for the ios version. There were many a times when payment was made and app shows the payment failure message and again showing the order status “in progress”state.
Need help > select checkbox > enter comments and hit submit— page won’t refresh, no complaint ID being generated.

Since I downloaded the app, I have never visited visited the physical store. All orders via the App. Delivery is quick and contactless.
