Wonderful application
From the last few weeks, i started using this application and let me be honest, this is such a wonderful app which give seamless experience in recharging, you can see all deals, plan and with every recharge, you are going to get some extra benefits. Customer service
I faced alot of issue with Etisalat. When i took the connect it took alot of time for them to install and even after they installed it did not work for the few days and the person who came to install wasn’t responding to my calls or message. And When i called customer care then they told Etisalat is not available in my area. They were aware of anything as people in my building was using etilsalat since few years.
Now i wanted to change my plan but i changed it through their app and i got confirmation message that someone from the team will reach out to me but no one did. Its been more than 2 weeks now. Plan change can be done by app as well and this fact was told to me by customer care. If u want me to rate etilsalat, i will give you -10 out of 10. For me worst service provider.

Payment options
Hi i need to make payment, mine is a postpaid number, sim is not with me , i mean i think i lost, am in US, wanna make outstanding with my credit card, before land in dxb , but otp not able to get, also have indian issues credit cards only, but have UAE residential visa, kindly give some options, its a digital world…thanks
