Those who are looking for the rent fee transaction, this is for you. This is my honest review after the first use of a credit card tuition fee transaction. Four months ago, I installed this application and used it rarely, like for recharges. I mostly use the Cred app, but now there are a lot of charges for wallet transactions, so two days ago, I tried this app for the first time for a tuition fee transaction. It showed a 1% charge and a two-day cooling period from the application side. I accepted it and did the 50,000 transaction. Then suddenly, I doubted this app and started reading critical reviews, finding all the negative comments like no timely transactions and fraud app, etc. I became panicked, but I had to wait for two days as I had no option left. Today in the morning at 6:57 am, exactly after two days, I got the notification that the transaction was successful. For cross-check, I called the beneficiary to confirm the amount, and surprisingly, he got the amount. Thanks to EasyMyDeal for keeping my trust. And trust me, guys, this is not a paid review; this is my honest review.

My primary issue stems from their incredibly poor handling of payments and refunds.I made a purchase through EasyMyDeal, and immediately encountered problems. My payment was either denied without clear reason or held indefinitely. When I inquired about the status, I received vague and unhelpful responses from their customer support. They stated that I would have to wait up to seven days for a potential refund, a completely unacceptable timeframe in today's digital age.This delay caused significant inconvenience and frustration. The lack of transparency and the extended wait time for a simple refund are completely unprofessional. It's clear that EasyMyDeal has serious issues with their payment processing and customer service.
